The pools pump house plumbing is all up to date and meets state regulations with the double intake system in place. Cable TV is available on some RV sites and wireless internet reaches the entire campground.

The 26 × 76 lodge has a very nice store where campers can buy novelties, camping supplies, or pick up those last minute items for a picnic. Directly above the store is a manager’s suite with one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining, and living room. The lodge also houses the water control system for the campsites and the park electric panel. Alongside the lodge and under the same roof are men’s and women’s restrooms that are always neat and clean. Last year each restroom had new paint and detailed. Next to the restrooms, there is a neat and clean laundry room with 4 sets of coin-operated washer and dryers that are available 24 hours a day.

Away from the center of attention is a nice 16 × 80 single-wide manufactured home for the owner. The home has 6” insulated walls, 3 bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, and was built in 2001.

A large cement floor 40 × 80 pavilion with, men’s and women’s restrooms sits along the north side of the campground. Included in this building are 8’ dining tables, folding chairs, sound system with mic, podium, disco ball and lighting, stove, refrigerator, microwave, 48” TV set and miscellaneous items.

A small garage stores the campgrounds’ maintenance items. Included in the sale are riding mowers, skidster, tractor, utility trailer and several other items needed to keep the campground running.
