This Resort was built in 1943 and has been in the same family since. The current owners are the 3rd family members to own this great Resort operation.

Just a short drive north of the Twin Cities of Minneapolis / St. Paul, this Year round operation has a lot to offer. The current owners of 20+ years have built a very nice business and there is still room to grow. The current revenue streams at this Resort are:

This lake has an incredible crappie population, and the average walleye weight according to the MN DNR most recent survey was nearly 4 LBS!!! The owner’s living area at this Resort is a small, but nice, 1 bedroom / 1 bath apartment above the main lodge. It’s comfortable and provides a large outside deck that overlooks the lake and a portion of the Resort.


In the Spring of 2016, the owners will be undertaking several major upgrades to the Resort. They have contracted to have a new well & sewer system installed, all new electric service to the weekend RV sites, and repositioning many of the RV sites at the Resort. They’ve been there 20+ years, and want a new owner to be as successful as they have been, so they’ll be making these major investments.


The owners will be able train new owners as long as it takes, there are a lot of moving parts at this Resort, and they live just down the road, so expect their 20+ years of experience to assist you as the new owner.
