The present owners purchased this resort in March of 1979 under a partnership. At this time, one half of the partnership is being sold. Our buyer will have the first option to purchase the remaining one half of the partnership when that family decides to retire from the resort operation. This partnership is strong and has worked well together for many years; however, one family still wants to operate the resort for a few more years with a new partnership while the other half of the partnership would like to retire now.
